Dodd Russell, President - Dodd is the President of Skilled Manufacturing Inc., Tribal Motorworks LLC, AMR Group LLC, Co-Chairman of Willow Manufacturing Inc. and a private equity partner in Phoinix Enterprises Inc. Dodd is also a compliance management consultant certified as a ISO-9000 auditor by the RAB, as well as an auditor for SAE J4000 Lean Manufacturing Standard by PRI.
Jerry Carlson, Executive Vice President, spent most of his career, 23 years, as the President of a Tier I Automotive Stamping Company. He is currently the Executive Vice President of a Tier I Automotive Tube Bending supplier as well as President of a restaurant brewing company in Traverse City.
Tom Lawson, Vice President of Sales, started his career as a Tier I Automotive Stamping Company where he was a Machine Operator for six years, a Plant Supervisor for nine years, and a Customer Liaison for two years. Since 1994, Tom has been the Vice President of Sales at SMI.
